A graduate in Financial Engineering in 1995 (Master II), Xavier worked with Barclays Group for 3 years. He then joined the client teams of CFM Indosuez Wealth Management, where he spend more than 19 years.

Before joining PLEION (MONACO) SAM, Xavier was a member of the CFM Indosuez Executive Committee, a member of the Indosuez Group Management Committee and CEO of the French subsidiary CFM CI.

Xavier led the International Private Client Team, which was managing billions of euros of assets.
