Steicy began his banking career in 2006 as a Customer Assistant within the Crédit Agricole Group. In 2007, he joins a leading private bank in the Principality of Monaco to perform various functions. He was a Management Attaché (tax planning, international taxation, structuring) in the field of Wealth Engineering.

Then, he joins an international private banking desk for 4 years as Commercial Attaché specialising in real estate financing on the Côte d'Azur for UHNWI clients.

He holds a Master 1 in Human Sciences from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.

Steicy joins PLEION (MONACO) SAM in 2019 as Senior Advisor.
